BBBRRRrrrrrrrr........it's cold outside and we are getting ready to go watch the girls run at their REGIONAL track meet.
Regionals qualify you to go to the state track meet.
The winner out of every regional goes to state and then the next 12 fastest times in the state get to go too.
They were suppose to run yesterday but it got postponed because of rain.
It's not raining today but it is only in the 40's right now....with a high of 61 and very windy!!!!!
Delaney is running in the mile {1500m} and she he the 8th best time in the STATE in our class {1A} and she will be running an 800 in a relay.
Taylor will be running in the 2 mile{3000m}, the mile {1500m}.
She is really going to have to run her little behind off today......but I know she can do it!!!!!
Soooooooo GOOD LUCK today!!!!!!!!!

I am not a fan of cold track meets...and I've been to my share! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed real tight that your girls do well in regionals! Here, only the top two finishers in every event at regions qualify for state.
I'm sure they did great!
